Forest & Tree Consultancy is a Christchurch-based arboricultural consultancy providing independent advice to property developers, councils, architects, engineers, and planners across Canterbury, the South Island, and beyond.

All work is carried out by a single qualified consultant — James Murphy — so you have direct access to the person responsible for your project throughout.

James holds a Diploma in Arboriculture, is an ISA Certified Urban Forest Professional, and has an ISA Tree Risk Assessment Qualification. James is also recognised by Christchurch City Council as an approved Technician Arborist and Supervising Arborist.
